By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not use the site.

 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to MEMBERSHIPS AND SALES:

  1. MEMBERSHIP AND EVENT TICKETS are non-refundable once purchased.
  2. The right of admission of events is reserved by RKCC staff at the venue.
  3. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
  4. Every member will be issued with a membership card and login details to site and WebAPP.
  5. By clicking the “Finalise Order” button, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
  6. ROCKINGHAM KWINANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or online failure and reserves the right to add, or change the membership products available for purchase.
