Billy Stitch Distillery kicked off in 2023 with nothing more than a backyard setup (totally above board, we promise) and a big love for great gin. What started as a passion project fuelled by curiosity and late-night experimenting has grown into a distillery that’s all about bold flavours and good times. We’ve stayed true to our roots: keeping things hands-on, and always full of personality.
