Beachside Pilates and Yoga brings holistic movement to the local community offering a wide variety of classes. Suz and her teachers, are completely committed to teaching mindful movement and meeting the individual needs of their students. Since 2014, the studio has grown into a vibrant yet tranquil little space and has recently opened an additional studio in Rockingham.
